This isn’t just our win — it’s a win for the entire SEN community, with so many SEN-based recognitions shining through ✨🌈

The process made it even more special: first we were nominated, then votes were cast, and finally an anonymous judging panel selected the winners — only revealed at the very end by Helen, CEO of UK Nanny. To be chosen as the best nanny agency in the UK this year, against so many incredible agencies, is such an honour 🏆✨

Huge congratulations to wonderful Aperion training (a neurodiversity training provider) for winning Best UK Trainer and to the amazing Candida Montes who was crowned UK Nanny of the Year for her incredible work as a SEN Nanny 💫

So, what does this award mean for SENNIES? ✨

In just six years, what began as a one-woman show in our CEO Georgia’s London bedroom has grown into a beautiful business with a dedicated team of seven at our SENNIES HQ in East Sussex, including hiring her Mother Anita as a Director in the business.

What started as a nanny agency has blossomed into a full recruitment business, support service, and training hub for the entire SEN community. Families and SEN Nannies will always remain at the heart of what we do, but our mission has expanded — and being recognised with this award confirms that our process is second to none, while our fees remain among the most competitive in the market.

Today, we proudly collaborate with local authorities, councils, social services, schools, and businesses to support SEN needs wherever we can. And we’re only just getting started. Our dreams are big — from launching a SEN school, children’s home, summer camps, and training centre, to so much more. Wins like this, make these visions feel all the more possible. 💫
