Temp Sennie (SEN Specialist/Nanny) for G10, B7 & B3 (Temp 0357)

• Minimum of 3+ years SEN childcare experience
• Ability to build strong bonds and rapport with children quickly — including settling into an established family routine
• Calm, confident approach to behaviour support, with the ability to set clear boundaries, manage dysregulation effectively, and use praise alongside consistent, fair consequences
• Competent in managing medication and health routines, including administering daily medication and supporting conditions such as eczema
• Highly organised and proactive — able to hit the ground running across three children with different needs
• Confident supporting home learning, structured activities and daily routines
• Experienced implementing OT and SLT strategies in everyday play and routines
• Takes pride in maintaining a well-organised, child-focused home environment
