Term time: Approx 20 hrs per week
Monday: 1:30pm - 7:30pm
Tuesday: 1:30pm - 7pm
Wednesday: 3:15pm - 7:30pm
Thursday: 3:15pm - 7:30pm
School holidays/Inset Days:
Monday – Thursday 8am - 7pm
3.5 term-time hours per week are without G9, to allow for G9’s clothes’ folding and ironing, batch cooking, activity planning and resource creation. Additional babysitting to be agreed between Sennie and Family on an ad hoc basis.

• Minimum of 2 years SEN experience, ideally with children with Down Syndrome
• Patient, warm and encouraging — able to support homework in a positive way
• Kind but firm — G9 is a brilliant negotiator and needs consistent, gentle boundaries
• Confident supporting self-care routines and personal hygiene
• Awareness of dysphagia — all fluids must be thickened; full training provided
• A good cook, comfortable preparing healthy meals including meat and dairy
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn the National Curriculum to support homework
• A good sense of humour and a love of fun — singing, dancing and silliness very welcome
• Looking for a genuine long-term commitment
