Days & Hours: 
12 hours per week (Term Time only)
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 3.15pm - 7.15pm
OR
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 3.15pm - 7.15pm
 
Potential to have ad-hoc hours in school holidays - to be discussed and agreed in
advance by Family and Sennie
 
Start Date: Ideally start of September
 
Essential Skills/Traits:
2+ years SEN childcare experience ideally working sole charge
Patience, playfulness, ability to set firm boundaries but with emotional warmth, empathy and curiosity about what is behind any challenging behaviours.
Experience of or willingness to learn about childhood developmental trauma, its impacts on children and how children with such a background are best parented.
Meeting the children at their developmental not chronological age.
Being proactive in identifying and resolving issues and a good communicator with mum and school.
