Driver: Not essential but preferred
 
Live in/out: Live-out
 
Pets: None
 
Days & Hours: Approx 30 hours per week 
Monday - Friday: 2pm - 8pm
 
Start Date: ASAP
 
Essential Skills/Traits:  
2+ years SEN Childcare experience
Experience working with babies with GDD
Knowledge of evidence-based intervention approaches such as the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
Patience, emotional intelligence, and resilience
Strong communication skills
Observational skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina and energy
Adaptability and flexibility
