Sennie (SEN SPECIALIST/MANNY/NANNY) for B6 & B4
 
Additional needs present: Autism
 
Location: Richmond, TW10
 
Wage / Salary: Appox £17,784 - £19,760 per annum gross
 
Driver: Not essential but preferred
 
Live in/out: Live-out
 
Pets: None
 
Days & Hours: Approx 19 hours per week 
Two afternoons a week: 1pm - 6.30pm (Flexibility on which days)
One day each weekend: 10.30am - 6.30pm varying between Saturday and Sunday
 
Start Date: Ideally March
 
Essential Skills/Traits:  
2+ years SEN Childcare experience
Patience, empathy, and creativity
Caring and easy-going nature
Experience with autism (ASD) and emotional regulation
Gentle but firm approach to enforcing boundaries with a focus on compassion and understanding
Experience navigating sibling relationships
Physical fitness and strength to keep up with two active boys
Ability to provide physical reassurance
Confident swimmer
A valid driver’s license is highly preferred
