Sennie (SEN SPECIALIST/MANNY) for B16 & B13
 
Additional needs present: ADHD, Autism, PDA & Developmental Trauma 
 
Location: Streatham, SW16
 
Wage / Salary: Approx. £23,400 - £26,000 per annum gross
 
Driver: Not essential but preferred
 
Live in/out: Live-out 
 
Pets: None
 
Days & Hours: Approx 25 hours Term Time 
Monday - Friday: 2.30pm - 7.30pm
 
Occasional overtime and sole charge overnights (weekends) required, to be agreed in advance by both the Family and the Sennie. 
 
Potential for extra hours in the school holidays to be agreed in advance with family and Sennie.
 
Start Date: ASAP
 
Essential Skills/Traits:  
2+ years SEN Childcare experience with a strong understanding of ADHD and Autism
Prior experience working with/caring for multiple children on a 1:1 or sole-charge basis
Reliable, punctual, and able to demonstrate an excellent level of proactivity and hypervigilance
Confident planning engaging and creative activities for both children
Capable of multitasking and managing two lively children
A firm but fair approach to boundaries - fun energy and enthusiasm is key!
Some understanding of KS2 and KS3 curriculum
